About this workflow

Watermark PDF places the configured text watermark on every page of the selected PDF. The current workflow exposes text, font-size, opacity and rotation controls and applies the supported centered watermark treatment consistently across pages.

Processing stays in the browser. The watermark is a visible page addition; it is not digital-rights management and does not prevent a determined recipient from editing or recreating content.

What to check before processing

Use the preview and controls to choose readable text, a suitable size, opacity and rotation. The watermark must fit inside the page bounds, so very long text or extreme settings can be rejected.

Think about contrast across both light and dark page regions. A watermark that is barely visible on one page may obscure content on another, so review a representative set of pages before download.

What to expect from the result

The output is a new PDF with the text watermark applied to its pages. The result panel provides the generated file and preview where available.

The watermark is intended as visible labeling, not as proof of ownership, access control or tamper resistance. Keep the unwatermarked source if later edits or a different labeling policy may be required.

Common uses

  • Mark a review copy as DRAFT or CONFIDENTIAL.
  • Add a visible distribution label to a PDF packet.
  • Create a watermarked copy while preserving the original document.

Tips for a better result

  • Prefer shorter watermark text for consistent placement.
  • Use moderate opacity so source content remains readable.
  • Review several pages when page backgrounds vary.
