This changelog summarizes reviewed changes to PDFandDOC tools, guides and trust information. It describes product changes, not live uptime or incident history.
Guides and trust evidence
The Guides hub, Methodology, Data Retention and Advertising Disclosure pages were expanded alongside the current public guide set.
- Fill/Sign, electronic-vs-digital-signature, online-PDF-tools safety and scanned-vs-searchable guides were reviewed as evidence-bounded educational content.
- The Guides hub was reviewed as a single place to find current educational material.
- Methodology, Data Retention and Advertising Disclosure were reviewed as trust pages with claims limited to current product behavior.
Browser PDF content foundation
The PDF Tools hub, browser-based PDF workflows and the first task-focused guides established the product's core navigation and content structure.
- The first PDF editing workflows were reviewed against their implemented browser behavior and limits.
- Canonical metadata, robots and sitemap behavior were reviewed as new public content was added.
- The PDF Tools hub, Merge PDF safety guide and Split/Extract guide were reviewed against current tool behavior and limits.
Current boundaries
- These entries summarize product changes and do not provide real-time service-health information.
- Legacy DOC input, general Word-document editing and scanned PDF-to-Word reconstruction remain unsupported. Image to Word performs OCR on supported standalone images in your browser; Word to Image and Word to PDF use Secure Cloud and accept DOCX only; OCR PDF is the separate searchable-PDF workflow.
- Live advertising is not currently enabled, and Google AdSense is disabled.
- Automated checks should not be read as a substitute for independent security review or complete manual accessibility and cross-browser testing.
